About Katie
Katie began her real estate career at Yellowstone Club in 2004, contributing to over $1 billion in sales and helping high-net-worth families align investment goals with lifestyle aspirations. After working in international resort development and nonprofit leadership - including serving as the founding Executive Director of the Big Sky Community Corporation - she returned to real estate in 2013 with a focus on private club, resort, and residential properties in Big Sky.
A consistent top performer, Katie was the #1 agent for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties in both 2023 and 2024. She has earned Chairman’s Circle awards annually since 2020, including the Diamond Award in 2023 and 2024, placing her among the top agents nationwide.
Katie holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Master’s in Finance from Harvard University Extension School, where she was named to the Dean’s List. She is also co-chair of the Big Sky Real Estate Collective and donates her marketing expertise to APROQUEN, a nonprofit supporting cleft and burn care for children in Nicaragua and throughout Latin America
